Refunds we authorise will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account within 30 days after notification.

RECEIVING A NEW BICYCLE & WHAT TO DO BEFORE RIDING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME

All our bicycles will be inspected before despatch and have been assembled to the highest industry standards. We have made every effort to fine-adjust the components on each bicycle in accordance with our pre-assembly program. When you receive your bicycle you will need to follow the quick start guide to correctly and safely set up your bicycle before you ride it for the first time. Do not ride your new Cinelli without having followed the instructions in the quick start guide. This is a necessary part of the assembly procedure, failure to do so could cause injury or invalidate your Cinelli Warranty.

Your safety is paramount, if you are unsure about setting up or adjusting the components on your new bicycle in any way before you ride it for the first time, please take it to your local bike shop to be worked on by a professional, skilled mechanic.

CANCELLATIONS

Once goods have been despatched you cannot cancel the order, however up until the time of despatch orders may be cancelled. Please contact us as promptly as possible in regards to cancelling part of, or a whole order.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron (UK issued), VISA Delta (UK issued), Maestro (UK Issued) Solo and American express.

Online payments are handled using Global Payments which uses the latest fraud detection and security checks to protect your information. Global Payments is Tier 1 PCI DSS compliant, Visa/Mastercard SecureCode (3D secure) with CSC, CV2 and AVS security checks.

Country specific sales taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. All relevant documents/invoices will be included with your shipment as is legally required. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
